Healthy Chicken Soup

We all know soup Is a very healthy all of us. So how you make Chicken Noodle Soup?

Meny recipe for chicken noodle soup as there are people who enjoy it. This is the most comon and comfort food in my life. When I am a student, my mother always made many kind of soup. But I Love this soup.It is a simple and beautiful and so yummy recipy. Chicken with rice noodles is a complete meal. Try this Japanis recipy. 

Serve about 4 people

Ingredients:

  1. Sliced onion (1)
  2. Carrots (150 grams)
  3. Rice noodles (60 grams)
  4. Chicken stock (12 liter)
  5. Small cut 4 boneless chicken breasts
  6. Vegetable oil (4tbsp)
  7. Chopped garlic (3 colves)
  8. Salt and fresh black paper
  9. Lime juice
  10. Finely chopped 2 peppers
  11. Soya sauce (1tbsp)
  12. Chopped coriander leaves(3tbsp)
  13. Fish sauce (1tbsp)
  14. Small bean sprouts
  15. 4 Chopped fresh basil leaves
Method:

  1. High heat the oil in a large pot.
  2. Sote the sliced onion, pepper and chopped garlic for 3 minutes.
  3.  Add chicken stock and shredded carrots and slowly boil.
  4. Wait just a minutes then add the boneless chicken and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Next add the rice noodles and simmer 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the pot on the heat and mix the lime juice.
  7. Serve with bit of bean sprouts,basil leaves and coriender leaves.
